Considerations for Redesigning Courses

For many reasons, instructors will face redesigning a course. They may be given course materials from another instructor, they may be facing some tough feedback they want to address, they may want to transform the course in light of a new method/ideology, or they may simply want to make the course better, more updated, or more engaging. While taking into consideration discipline and departmental course requirements, it can be both exciting and daunting to embark on a course redesign. Western supports continual course improvement and has resources and people to help.
